Company Matching Program

Many companies offer corporate grants to schools in one of the following forms:

  • Donations of money matching a donation given by their employee or employee’s spouse
  • Donations of equipment or supplies matching the value of a monetary donation given by their employee or employee’s spouse.
  • Donations of money or equipment based on numbers of hours volunteered at the school by an employee or spouse.

Your company might pay us for the time you dedicate to your child’s school. That’s right… Your Volunteer Hours Can Earn Money For PPPA!  Your company’s HR department can tell you if they participate in such a program. Your time is a valuable resource and is greatly appreciated!

Many local companies will donate money to non-profit organizations where employees volunteer.  The PPPA 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and your volunteerism, whether it is an hour every week or the 3 hours spent helping at a school event – it all counts!

Your company might match your contribution to our PPPA through a Corporate Matching Program.  Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to the Primary Prep Parents Association may be doubled or possibly tripled!  If you are an employee of a company that participates in a matching gift program, ask your employer to match your donation to our school by contacting the HR department. Check with your Human Resources department to find out if your company offers these programs and let us know.
